개인정보처리방침
위플 가계부(이하 「앱」)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지, 그리고 이용자가 어떤 권리를 갖는지 알려 드립니다.
1. 기본 원칙 — 가계부는 기기 안에만 있습니다
- 앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 개발자는 가계부 자료를 받아 두는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
- 내역·금액·메모·계좌와 카드 이름·예산 등 이용자가 적은 가계부 내용은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 보내지지 않습니다.
- 개발자는 이름·전화번호·주소·주민등록번호 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 앱은 위치 권한을 요청하지 않으며, GPS 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에서만 처리하는 기능
결제 알림 담기 (알림 접근)
이용자가 직접 설정에서 「알림 접근」을 허용한 경우에만, 카드사·은행 앱이 보내는 결제 알림의 글을 읽어 가계부 내역 후보로 만듭니다. 읽은 알림은 기기 안에서만 처리되고 외부로 보내지지 않으며, 결제와 관계없는 알림은 저장하지 않습니다. 문자(SMS) 읽기 권한은 사용하지 않습니다. 알림 접근은 언제든 휴대전화 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
캡처 글자 인식
이용자가 고른 결제 화면 캡처에서 글자를 읽을 때, 구글 ML Kit의 기기 내 글자 인식을 사용합니다. 이미지와 인식된 글은 외부로 보내지지 않습니다.
화면 잠금 (지문·얼굴)
휴대전화의 생체 인증 기능을 이용합니다. 앱은 지문·얼굴 정보에 접근하지 않고 인증 성공 여부만 전달받습니다.
3. 외부 서비스가 수집하는 정보
앱은 다음 구글 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스가 아래 정보를 직접 수집·처리합니다. 개발자는 이 정보로 이용자를 식별하지 않습니다.

광고 ID는 휴대전화의 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 광고에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 맞춤형 광고가 제한됩니다. 앱 안에서 광고 제거를 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

4. 백업과 내보내기
- Android 자동 백업: 이용자의 구글 계정에서 백업이 켜져 있으면, Android가 앱 자료를 이용자 본인의 구글 드라이브 저장 공간에 암호화하여 백업합니다. 개발자는 이 백업에 접근할 수 없으며, 휴대전화 설정 › Google › 백업에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
- 구글 드라이브 백업(선택): 이용자가 앱 안에서 「구글 드라이브 연결하기」를 눌러 허락한 경우에만, 앱이 가계부 백업 파일(zip)을 이용자 본인의 구글 드라이브 「위플 가계부 백업」 폴더에 하루 한 번(바뀐 내용이 있을 때) 올립니다. 이때 요청하는 권한은 두 가지입니다.
drive.file— 앱이 만든 파일만 만들고 읽고 지울 수 있는 권한입니다. 이용자 드라이브의 다른 파일은 볼 수 없습니다.email— 어느 계정의 드라이브에 올라가는지 앱 화면에 보여 주기 위해서만 씁니다.
- 앱 안 백업·내보내기: 이용자가 직접 백업 파일이나 내보내기 파일(CSV 등)을 만들어 원하는 곳에 저장하거나 공유할 때에만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
앱이 구글 API에서 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 팔거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 3항의 서비스가 각자의 방침에 따라 정보를 직접 수집하며, 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
6. 보유 기간과 파기
- 개발자가 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
- 기기 안의 가계부 자료는 이용자가 앱 안에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 안의 「초기화」로도 지울 수 있습니다.
- 구글 드라이브의 자동 백업은 구글 계정의 백업 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱이 구글 드라이브에 올린 백업은 이용자의 드라이브에 남으며, 앱은 최근 7개만 남기고 오래된 것부터 지웁니다. 이용자가 직접 지울 수도 있습니다.
- 3항 서비스가 수집한 정보는 각 서비스의 보유 기간에 따릅니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 알림 접근 허용을 거두고, 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하고, 앱 자료를 지울 수 있습니다. 개인정보와 관련한 문의·열람·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답변드리겠습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침은 시행일부터 적용됩니다. 법령이나 앱 기능의 변경으로 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 안 공지를 통해 알려 드립니다.
Privacy Policy
Weple Money (the "App") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information the App handles, how, and what choices you have.
1. Your ledger stays on your device
- The App has no sign-up or login, and the developer runs no server that stores your ledger.
- Everything you record — transactions, amounts, memos, account and card names, budgets — is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer.
- The developer does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number or address.
- The App does not request location permission and does not collect GPS location.
2. Features processed on your device only
Payment notification capture (Notification access)
Only if you turn on Notification access in system settings, the App reads the text of payment notifications from card and bank apps to suggest ledger entries. They are processed on your device only and never sent elsewhere; unrelated notifications are not stored. The App does not use SMS permissions. You can turn Notification access off at any time.
Text recognition from screenshots
When you pick a payment screenshot, the App uses Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. The image and recognized text are not uploaded.
App lock (fingerprint / face)
The App uses your phone's biometric authentication. It never accesses your biometric data; it only receives whether authentication succeeded.
3. Information collected by third-party services

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads, which limits personalized ads. Purchasing ad removal in the App stops ads from being shown.

4. Backup and export
- Android Auto Backup: If backup is enabled on your Google account, Android backs up App data, encrypted, to your own Google Drive storage. The developer cannot access it. You can manage it in Settings › Google › Backup.
- Google Drive backup (optional): Only if you tap "Connect Google Drive" in the App and grant access, the App uploads a ledger backup file (zip) once a day, when something has changed, to a "Weple Money backup" folder in your own Google Drive. The App requests two permissions:
drive.file— lets the App create, read and delete only the files it created. It cannot see any other files in your Drive.email— used only to show in the App which account's Drive the backups go to.
- In-app backup and export: Data leaves your device only when you create a backup or export file (e.g. CSV) and choose where to save or share it.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties, except that the services in Section 3 collect information directly under their own policies, and where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
- The developer keeps no personal information.
- Ledger data on your device is deleted when you delete it in the App, use Reset, or uninstall the App.
- Auto Backup copies can be deleted from your Google account's backup settings.
- Backups the App uploads to Google Drive stay in your Drive; the App keeps the latest 7 and deletes older ones. You can also delete them yourself.
- Information collected by the services in Section 3 is retained under their own policies.
7. Your rights
You may revoke Notification access, reset or delete your Advertising ID, and delete App data at any time. For questions or requests regarding personal information, contact us below and we will respond promptly.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
